No Moore
This is just a quick note that I'd like to jot down before it leaves my brain. It is regarding Michael Moore, who I just saw on CNN, signing autographs on the streets, as he heads to the Dem convention in Boston.
I still don't like Moore. I appreciate what he is trying to do, and agree with his ultimate goal, but I don't like the way he does it and they way he presents his opinion. A liar is a liar, even if it's for a good cause. By stretching, manipulating and omitting the truth -- Moore is no better than the political figures he means to discredit. I also believe he is a publicity hound, and enjoys the fame and controversy his films bring. He prefers the fame over the truth.
